Administration DivisionThe Administration Division of ITG is headed by Dy. Manager (Accts & Admn). Almost all activities / functions of the Administration Division are performed through Managing Director.
SCOPE - ADMINISTRATION/PERSONNEL:
- Recruitment, deputation and promotions of employees as per the prevailing rules of the Corporation.
- Pay fixation as per Govt. rules.
- Formulation and implementation of employee welfare policies,
- Personnel/HR Policies and procedures.
- Maintaining all records of the employees.
- Processing all personal claims of ITG employees.
- To provide the infrastructure and other facilities for smooth running of the office.
- To approve all the HR/Administrative proposals as per ITG rules/limits of authority.
- Organizing trainings for the employees.
- All functions under PR.
- Responsible for day to day administrative function.
