The Government of Goa has selected Info Tech Corporation of Goa as the State Designated Agency (SDA) for the e-District Mission Mode Project (MMP). An initiative of the Department of Information Technology, Electronics & Communication is the Goa Online (www.goaonline.gov.in). On May 17, 2017, the Revenue Department's 10 services were added to the portal. Currently it has 35 Departments and 227 services functional. Appx. 7.6 Lakhs unique users have been registered on the portal.
Through workflow automation, back end computerization, and the addition of other initiatives like Payment Gateway, Digi locker, e-Sign, RAS, and UMANG, Goa-Online portal offers integrated and seamless delivery of citizen-centric services by District Administration/State Administration. A single window was used to clear all services.
