Administration Division

The Administration Division of ITG is headed by Dy. Manager (Accts & Admn). Almost all activities / functions of the Administration Division are performed through Managing Director.


  • Recruitment, deputation and promotions of employees as per the prevailing rules of the Corporation.
  • Pay fixation as per Govt. rules.
  • Formulation and implementation of employee welfare policies,
  • Personnel/HR Policies and procedures.
  • Maintaining all records of the employees.
  • Processing all personal claims of ITG employees.
  • To provide the infrastructure and other facilities for smooth running of the office.
  • To approve all the HR/Administrative proposals as per ITG rules/limits of authority.
  • Organizing trainings for the employees.
  • All functions under PR.
  • Responsible for day to day administrative function.
