The Administration Division of ITG is headed by Dy. Manager
(Accts & Admn). Almost all activities / functions of the Administration
Division are performed through Managing Director.
· Recruitment, deputation and promotions of employees as per the prevailing rules of the Corporation.
· Pay fixation as per Govt. rules.
· Formulation and implementation of employee welfare policies,
· Personnel/HR Policies and procedures.
· Maintaining all records of the employees.
· Processing all personal claims of ITG employees.
· To provide the infrastructure and other facilities for smooth running of the office.
· To approve all the HR/Administrative proposals as per ITG rules/limits of authority.
· Organizing trainings for the employees.
· All functions under PR.
· Responsible for day to day administrative function.
